1. The Messaging Program

This SMS messaging program ("the Program") is operated by Matthew Auterson Insurance Broker, a brand of Life & Homes Agency LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent licensed insurance brokerage. National Producer Number (NPN): 21500399. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive text messages from us as described below.

After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to deliver the messages described in this policy and to communicate with you about your inquiries and coverage.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent to anyone.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
