This SMS messaging program ("the Program") is operated by Matthew Auterson Insurance Broker, a brand of Life & Homes Agency LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent licensed insurance brokerage. National Producer Number (NPN): 21500399. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive text messages from us as described below.
You agree to receive SMS/text messages from us only after you provide express written consent — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our contact or appointment form, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be texted, or by texting us first. Consent is collected directly by us and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency may vary. By opting in you authorize us to send the categories of messages described below to the mobile number you provided. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the instructions in the "Opt-Out" section.
Once you have opted in, we may send you text messages related to:
We do not send you marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately and expressly opted in to receive them.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you schedule or reschedule an appointment). Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier; we have no control over them. Check your plan for details.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.
For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us directly:
Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to deliver the messages described in this policy and to communicate with you about your inquiries and coverage.
